SUNDAY MASS TIMES SURVEY

Last week (18th September 2005) a survey was taken of the Mass going Parishioners.

Here is what the Survey instructions said:

"The Liturgy Team was asked to review Mass times as part of its remit within the Parish Development Plan. What a difficult task, as we have had conflicting requests! If Mass times make a difference to you - which of course they may not - please help us to know what parishioners want. Please note that three is the recommended maximum number of Masses for a Priest to celebrate on Saturday / Sunday; two will be at Worth Abbey and one at West Hoathly, so please tick the boxes below to show your preferred times."

Here are the results with a total of 233 valid surveys received:

1. Principal Sunday Mass at Worth- 9.30am 127 or 10.00am 37 or Don't mind 10

2. Second Mass at Worth - Saturday 5.30pm 84 or Sunday 8am 56 or Don't mind 28

3. St Dunstan's West Hoathly - Sunday 8am 14 or Sunday 11.30am 48 or Don't mind 45
