Saturday 28th May Steering Group meets for strategy planning and feedback from survey
Tuesday 31st May PPC Meeting. The PPC are kept up to date on the strategy for PDP
Wednesday 6th June Teams will have met, begun work and planned their agenda of work
Wednesday 6th July Steering Group meets to assess progress in the past month and prepare the Interim Report
Thursday 21st July The Interim Report is circulated to the PPC
Sunday 24th July Publication of the interim report to the Parish
Tuesday 23rd August Steering Group meet to assess progress and sort out possible overlaps
Tuesday 30th August PPC offers comments to Steering Group
Tuesday 13th September The Teams’ final date for submission of Action Plans
Saturday 17th September Steering Group approves final version of the PDP
Sunday 18th September Draft Plan to PPC for comments
Tuesday 20th September Consultation with Monastic Council
Monday 26th September Steering Group meets to make any adjustments
Tuesday 27th September PPC to discuss final PDP document
Friday 30th September Steering Group’s final meeting
Wednesday 5th October Report Printed
Thursday 6th October Report sent to PPC
Sunday 9th October Parish Meeting - PDP is presented to the Parish
